Creative Designer – Digital & Print

NSB Bangalore is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our marketing team and drive high-impact visual communication across digital and print platforms.

If you love building powerful brand creatives and want your work to be seen across large-scale education campaigns, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging social media creatives and campaign visuals
• Create high-conversion ad creatives for Meta & Google campaigns
• Develop event posters, invitations, standees, and printable materials
• Design landing page and website mockups using Figma
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets
• Support marketing team with quick turnaround creatives during campaigns

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic/visual design
• Strong hands-on experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign & Figma
• Good understanding of typography, layout, and branding
• Experience in both digital and print design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment

Good to Have (Bonus):

• Motion graphics / After Effects
• CorelDraw
• Basic video editing
• Experience in education or events sector

Compensation:

Based on experience and aligned with industry standards.
