Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager based in Delhi, OH, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The CSM will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning project objectives with organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing logistics, and resolving operational bottlenecks. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining project timelines, budget, and quality standards, while supporting cross-functional communication and collaboration.

Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Customer Success Management, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure their timely delivery
- Proficiency in coordinating project schedules and timelines
- Strong skills in Relationship Management and Inspection, ensuring efficient workflow and quality
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or related industries is an advantage
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and collaborate effectively across teams
