Data Analyst (Fresher / 0–1 Year of Experience)

Responsibilities

• Query, analyze, and validate data using SQL to support reporting and insights
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from structured datasets
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Support data accuracy, consistency, and quality standards

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

• Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Hands-on experience with Power BI
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Working knowledge of Python and the Pandas library
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or cloud-based data platforms
