ABOUT US
Lemniscate Growth is a B2B digital marketing agency helping tech companies generate real pipeline. We work with Series A+ clients across SaaS, supply chain, crypto, and enterprise software in the USA, Canada, and Dubai. We don't chase vanity metrics - we build GTM engines that close deals.
THE ROLE
We need someone who owns both SEO and paid - not one or the other. You'll manage organic and performance marketing for multiple B2B tech clients, set strategy, build playbooks, and execute. This is a hands-on role at a fast-moving agency.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
SEO & Organic
– Own technical SEO, on-page optimization, link building, and content strategy for multiple clients
– Run keyword research, content gap audits, and competitor analysis
– Brief and review content aligned to B2B buyer intent - ranking content that also converts
– Track and report on organic traffic, rankings, and pipeline contribution
Performance Marketing
– Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta for B2B audiences
– Optimize for CPL, CPA, and pipeline ROI - not just clicks
– Build retargeting and ABM ad strategies; brief landing pages for conversion
– Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and bidding to improve performance continuously
Strategy & Reporting
– Build integrated organic + paid plans with 30/60/90-day milestones
– Deliver sharp performance reports - insights that drive decisions, not vanity decks
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have
– 4–6 years of digital marketing experience
– Minimum 3 years in an agency - this is non-negotiable
– Deep expertise in SEO: technical, on-page, and off-page
– Proven B2B paid campaign experience: Google Ads + LinkedIn Ads
– Strong with data — you connect marketing activity to business outcomes
– Able to manage multiple client accounts at once without losing quality
– Based in Hyderabad and available to work in-office, 6 days a week
Good to Have
– Experience in SaaS, IT services, fintech, or enterprise software verticals
– Familiarity with tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
– Exposure to ABM campaigns or community-led growth
