About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in executing and leading end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be performance-oriented, data-driven, and capable of owning complete digital growth from strategy to execution.
This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
· Plan and manage annual/quarterly digital marketing budgets
· Identify new growth opportunities across digital channels
2. Performance Marketing
· Lead paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
· Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI
· Manage CAC, CPL, ROAS, and performance metrics
3. SEO & Organic Growth
· Drive on-page and off-page SEO strategies
· Oversee keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO
· Improve website ranking and organic traffic growth
4. Social Media & Branding
· Manage and scale social media presence across platforms
· Build brand positioning and engagement strategies
· Oversee content calendar and creative direction
5. Website & Funnel Optimization
· Monitor website performance (Google Analytics, Search Console)
· Improve landing pages and conversion funnels
· Implement A/B testing strategies
6. Analytics & Reporting
· Track, analyze, and report campaign performance
· Present weekly/monthly insights to leadership
· Use data to refine strategy and improve outcomes
7. Team & Vendor Management
· Coordinate with designers, content creators, and agencies
· Lead and mentor junior marketing team members
· Ensure timely execution of campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 5–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing (end-to-end ownership)
· Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
· In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing
· Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager
· Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications
· MBA / bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
· Experience in B2B/B2C lead generation environments
· Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools
