We’re early, opinionated, and moving fast - and now we’re hiring our first true sales hire to help turn founder-led momentum into a real revenue engine.
The role
We’re hiring a Founding Account Executive to work directly with the founder and close revenue.
This is not a “follow the playbook” role — because there is no playbook yet.
You’ll be selling:
- End-to-end AI and automation execution
- On-demand tech talent for startups and operators
- Typical deal sizes today: $5k–$10k
Your buyers will mostly be founders and CTOs - smart, impatient, outcome-driven people who want things shipped, not sold to.
You’ll own deals end-to-end:
- First conversation → problem shaping → proposal → close
- No SDR layer. No RevOps team. No fluff.
If you’re excited by clarity, autonomy, and real responsibility — this role will feel electric.
If you need structure handed to you - this will feel uncomfortable fast.
What you’ll actually do
This is a close + build role.
In the early months, you’ll:
- Run sales conversations yourself and close deals
- Help founders translate messy problems into clear scopes
- Pressure-test pricing, packaging, and positioning in real time
- Learn directly from wins and lost deals
As patterns emerge, you’ll:
- Help shape BeGig’s sales motion from scratch
- Create lightweight processes that don’t slow us down
- Feed market signal back into positioning, offerings, and delivery
- Act as a true extension of the founder, not a downstream closer
Success is simple and visible: revenue closes and customers ship.

Have sold in chaos before
You’ve been an early AE at a fast startup or you’re an ex-founder who knows how to sell before things are perfect.
Can sell outcomes, not features
You’re comfortable talking to founders and CTOs about real problems, trade-offs, and execution — not just pitch decks.
Have closed real deals
You’ve owned revenue before. $5k–$10k deals don’t scare you, and you know how to move fast without cutting corners.
Operate with high agency
You don’t wait for permission. You see what’s missing and just do it.
