Position: Freelance - HR Consultant

Shift Timing: Night Shift (between 7:00 PM – 11:30 AM IST)

Type: Part-time (Freelance)

Compensation: 400 INR to 500 INR Hourly (Based on experience)

Location: Remote

Commitment: 3–25 hours/week (On-Demand, Based on Hiring Needs)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance HR Consultant to support us with urgent and ongoing hiring needs. This role is ideal for a self-driven HR professional who can step in quickly, manage end-to-end recruitment, and deliver quality hires for both full-time and freelance roles.

Engagement will be hourly and on an as-needed basis, depending on hiring requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR hiring (agency or freelance experience preferred)
• Proven experience hiring full-time and contract/freelance roles
• Strong sourcing, head-hunting, and screening skills
• Ability to work independently and on short timelines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working on an hourly, on-demand basis
• Experience hiring across multiple roles/industries is a plus
