Lead Frontend Developer
Location: this role is on-site in Vancouver (5 days at the office)

Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain high-performance web applications using Next.js and React.
- Lead frontend architecture and optimize performance for scalability.
- Design accessible, responsive UI components with modern CSS tools.
- Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs into the frontend.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements.
Desired experience:
7+ years of frontend development with strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills.
Expert-level proficiency in Next.js and modern React.
Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
Proficient in HTML/CSS and styling frameworks like Tailwind, SCSS, or Styled Components.
Familiar with CI/CD workflows, version control, and build tools like Vite or Webpack.
Experience with headless CMS and frontend testing libraries (Jest, Cypress).
Knowledge of Web3 or UI/UX design principles is a plus.
