The Role

We are seeking a skilled, proactive Graphic Designer who can independently lead projects from concept to final delivery. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing, video, and production teams to create high-quality visual content across digital and print formats. You will be expected to bring creative ideas to the table, uphold strong aesthetic standards, and deliver polished work at pace.

What you may work on:

• Social Media Assets: High-performing static and carousel designs for Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Product Marketing: Digital catalogs, lookbooks, model-led layouts, and product-focused marketing collateral.
• Retail & Offline: In-store signage, retail screen displays, and large-format print graphics for showrooms.
• Campaign Creative: Teasers, digital banners, performance marketing ads, and emailers.
• Brand Identity: Typography treatments, icon development, and ensuring consistent brand application across all touchpoints.
• Asset Management: Maintaining organized project archives, design systems, and export/version management.
  

What you’ll bring

• A strong sense of composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Deep familiarity with social-first design trends and platform-specific aesthetics.
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Solid fundamentals in typography, photo retouching, and layout design.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, manage tight timelines, and meet delivery deadlines.
• A professional approach to feedback, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.
  

You will be preferred if you have the following

• Experience in high-end photo retouching and skin/product grading.
• Basic ability to create motion graphics, GIFs, or UI animations in After Effects.
• Hands on experience with AI Image and Video generation models.
• On-set art direction proficiency to support photo and video shoots when required.
• A keen interest in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury content.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Meta Business Suite workflows.
