Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to craft compelling visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media assets, and real estate branding projects. This role supports our team's efforts in content creation across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visuals including logos, social media graphics, flyers, and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align designs with brand guidelines, target audiences, and campaign goals; incorporate typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Create and adapt assets for print, web, and multimedia; revise based on feedback and ensure on-brand consistency across projects.

Required Qualifications

• Experience/Knowledge in graphic design, ideally with social media or marketing focus; strong portfolio showcasing diverse work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of trends in digital design and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent time management to handle multiple deadlines and quick-turnaround projects.
• Strong communication for team collaboration and client feedback integration.
• Familiarity with Canva, video editing basics (e.g., Premiere Pro), or real estate marketing visuals.
