We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling and design, with the ability to create high-quality, visually appealing content across multiple platforms. This role involves working closely with our marketing, product, and web teams to ensure that all designs align with the company’s branding and creative goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ecommerce Product Listing Design
- Design engaging and attractive product images and banners for listings on ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the company website.
- Ensure product images are optimized for conversion, with clear information and compelling visuals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually cohesive listing pages.
2. Social Media Posts
- Develop creative concepts for social media content (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) including images, infographics, and promotional posts.
- Ensure designs align with current social media trends and engage the target audience.
- Work with the social media team to maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms.
3. Box Design
- Design packaging and box layouts for products that are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Ensure designs adhere to both aesthetic and functional requirements, including fit, dimension, and brand guidelines compliance.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure high-quality and cost-effective print designs.
4. Catalogue Design
- Design visually compelling and informative catalogues for both print and digital formats.
- Organize product information in a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing manner.
- Ensure that the catalogue reflects the brand’s image and effectively showcases the product line.
5. Invitation and Event Posts
- Design creative invitations, event banners, and promotional material for company events, webinars, and special occasions.
- Ensure the designs reflect the theme of the event and appeal to the target audience.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Corel Draw etc.
- Knowledge of design principles such as layout, typography, and color theory.
- Experience in web and mobile design (UI/UX) is a plus.
