- Build targeted B2B lead lists and execute cold email outreach
- Manage email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Brevo, Apollo.io, or HubSpot
- Optimize campaign metrics (deliverability, open rate, CTR, response rate)
- Engage across LinkedIn and relevant online communities to drive brand visibility
- Conduct market and competitor research in climate-tech, IoT, and environmental monitoring
- Identify potential sectors, enterprise clients, and government opportunities
- Draft outreach emails, sequences, and professional communication copies
- Conduct daily cold calls to prospective clients
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or email marketing
- Hands-on experience with at least one outreach/CRM tool (Mailchimp / Brevo / HubSpot / Apollo.io)
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Research-oriented mindset with ability to identify business opportunities
