Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Growth Product Manager based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work arrangements in US UAE and Indian markets. As a Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing product roadmaps, driving growth strategies, implementing data-driven decision-making, and managing cross-functional collaborations. You will also engage in market research, identify new opportunities, and ensure the delivery of product and growth objectives that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Product Management and Product Road Mapping
• Proficiency in Growth Hacking and Growth Marketing strategies
• Experience in applying Design Thinking principles to enhance user experience and product outcomes
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or equivalent experience
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office work
• Experience in AI-powered technologies and knowledge of recruitment marketplace solutions is a plus
