About the Role:
- You will own and grow strategic accounts by working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- You will lead the KAM team, manage relationships with senior stakeholders at large enterprise customers, and drive expansion, and upsell revenue.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Own and scale key account monetization strategy, driving expansion and upsell revenue across strategic accounts.
- Lead and grow the Key Account Management function, setting account strategy, governance, and best practices.
- Build and deepen executive-level relationships with largest and most complex customers.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align account goals, influence roadmap, and provide structured customer feedback.
- Act as the senior point of escalation for key customers, ensuring exceptional customer experience and long-term value realization.
- Evangelize solutions through high-impact executive presentations, demos, and strategic business reviews.
You will be a good fit, if you have:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, key account management, or revenue leadership roles.
- Proven experience driving expansion and upsell within large enterprise accounts.
- Strong ability to translate complex SaaS solutions into clear business value for senior and non technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading and mentoring high-performing account management or sales teams.
- A data-driven mindset with hands-on experience managing pipelines and forecasts using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Strong ownership mindset, customer-first approach, and a track record of delivering results with humility.
