Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern (Work From Home)

Location: Remote / Work From Home

Internship Duration: 3 Months

About the Internship:

We are hiring Talent Acquisition Interns for an exciting work-from-home opportunity. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes. Female candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable profiles
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Supporting offer rollout and follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates preferred
• Graduates / students / freshers can apply
• Interest in HR & Talent Acquisition
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
