Hr Personality Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical HR Personality Assessment Specialist who can evaluate candidates’ personalities as per defined job profiles and conduct structured interviews (online & offline) for Pan India hiring. The role involves behavioral assessment, competency mapping, and ensuring the right cultural and role fit for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personality assessments based on predefined job profiles
• Evaluate candidates using behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques
• Take structured interviews (Virtual & Face-to-Face) across Pan India
• Analyze communication skills, attitude, emotional intelligence, and cultural fit
• Prepare detailed candidate assessment reports
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Recommend shortlisted candidates based on profile matching
• Maintain interview documentation and hiring trackers
• Ensure smooth hiring experience and timely closures

Required Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
• 2–6 years of experience in recruitment & candidate assessment
• Experience in behavioral interviewing and personality evaluation
• Strong understanding of competency mapping
• Excellent communication and observation skills
• Ability to conduct bulk and mid-level hiring

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of psychometric tools/personality assessment methods
• Experience in Pan India recruitment
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
