Job Title : Manager - (Channel Management System)

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Location: Navi Mumbai

Job requirement

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have 5+ years of experience in software development
• Hold BE / B.Tech / MCA / MSc (Computer Science)
• Have worked on enterprise applications in Banking, BFSI, NBFC or similar sectors
• Preferably have exposure to Distribution / Channel Management Systems

Technical Skills (Any of These)

• .NET / Java / Python
• PL/SQL / Hibernate / AngularJS
• Oracle / SQL Server / MySQL / MongoDB
• API integrations
• Understanding of SDLC
• Basic knowledge of Application Security and secure coding
• Experience in application support, monitoring, backups, etc.

What You Will Do

• Understand business requirements from Sales, Finance, Compliance & Operations teams
• Convert requirements into technical solutions
• Manage API integrations with core systems and external services (KYC, PAN, Aadhaar, etc.)
• Support UAT and Go-Live activities
• Coordinate with InfoSec team for security assessments
• Handle production support and ensure smooth system performance
• Work closely with users for continuous improvements
