What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft environments from scratch.

• Perform PeopleTools and application upgrades with precision and efficiency.

• Manage environment refreshes and support dev/test teams.

• Handle PUM server setup, image deployment, tax updates, and patch management.

• (For Oracle DBA) Administer Oracle Databases — including installation, patching, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.

• (For PeopleSoft Admin) Manage PeopleSoft web/app servers, project migrations, and Change Assistant operations.

• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring stability and scalability.

• Troubleshoot environment and infrastructure-level issues proactively.

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for seamless delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as PeopleSoft Administrator.

• Strong understanding of People Tools, PUM, Oracle DB, and SQL Server.

• Expertise in database tuning, refreshes, migrations, and patch management.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT.

• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
