Junior Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior editors in assembling rough and final cuts for films, social content, adaptations, and digital assets.
• Perform basic edits, including trimming, audio cleanup, color adjustments, and simple transitions.
• Work on multi-market versioning, replacing supers, end slates, language versions, and local adaptations as required.
• Organize and manage project files, media assets, and timelines in accordance with Craft’s standards.
• Ensure quality control (QC) on exports before delivery — checking audio, graphics, brand guidelines, and overall output quality.
• Collaborate with producers, motion designers, and creative teams to deliver projects within deadlines.
• Stay updated on editing techniques, software updates, and industry trends relevant to post-production.
• Export, compress, and deliver files in required formats, adhering to technical specifications for different platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Editing, Film, Mass Media, Communication, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Editor, Junior Editor, or similar role (internships also accepted).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory); familiarity with After Effects, Audition, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
• Understanding of editing basics, file formats, codecs, media management, and sound sync.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
• Good communication skills and ability to understand creative briefs.
• Passion for editing, storytelling, and digital content.
