About the Job:
This individual will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with our clients for our mobile and content marketing solutions. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a proven track record of success in digital ad account management, possess a strong work ethic, excel in communication skills, and have a deep understanding of digital media and mobile advertising solutions. This role is part of a team expansion and is focused on scaling existing accounts while also identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our advertisers, building strong and trusted relationships to understand their advertising objectives and overall business goals.
- Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with advertisers to develop customized advertising strategies that align with their target audience, brand identity, and budget constraints.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns, adhering to deadlines, and maintaining campaign effectiveness.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor campaign performance and metrics, analyzing data to identify areas of improvement and providing insights to advertisers for optimization.
- Client Support: Proactively address advertiser inquiries, concerns, and feedbackto maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing advertisers by introducing them to additional advertising products or services that align with their needs.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular performance reports for advertisers, highlighting key metrics and outcomes to demonstrate the value of their advertising investment.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-updated with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in digital advertising to offer strategic recommendations and stay ahead of the competition.
- Revenue Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth by achieving and exceeding performance targets.
Other Tasks:
- Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to revenue growth and achievement of quarterly targets.
- Scale existing advertiser accounts and actively prospect and onboard new accounts.
- Strategize closely with clients to build a long-term roadmap aligned to their business objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, taking ownership of outcomes while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 3 – 5+ years of relevant experience in the digital advertising industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to map business opportunities and confidently lead client conversations.
- Bold, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to navigate complex client scenarios.
- Experience working toward quarterly revenue targets with ownership and accountability.
- Affiliate marketing experience is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and performance-driven environments
- Driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grasp new concepts.
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with keen analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for perfection - ensuring high-quality work.
- Proficient in MS Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
