Marketing Manager

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our team at our Head Office.

Position: Marketing Manager

Qualification: BBA in marketing equivalent or higher

Location: Head Office (On-site)

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Stipend/Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills & qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Handle day-to-day office operations & coordination

• Work on social media marketing and content planning

• Conduct market research & competitor analysis

• Coordinate with team members for events, seminars & promotions

• Help in lead management and follow-ups

• Support branding, outreach and promotional activities

• Maintain marketing reports and documentation

Requirements

• BBA in Marketing or equivalent 

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of social media & digital marketing

• Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Creative mindset with willingness to learn

• Responsible, organized and proactive attitude
