Marketing Manager – Mandate Sales (Real Estate)

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who understands real estate demand mechanics, not just campaigns.
🎯 Role Objective
To ensure marketing efforts (developer-led + agency-led) are aligned with:
- Site visit velocity
- Inventory movement
- Sales conversion
- Phase-wise demand strategy
This is a business-driven marketing role, not a design/content role.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Demand & Visit Acceleration
- Monitor daily/weekly lead inflow per site
- Track Visit-to-Booking conversion ratios
- Identify demand gaps across mandates
- Suggest corrective actions (offers, inventory push, creatives, CP alignment)
2️⃣ Developer Marketing Coordination
- Act as a single point of contact for:
- Developer marketing teams
- External agencies
- Ensure:
- Correct inventory focus
- Correct pricing communication
- Timely creative availability
- Align campaign feedback with sales reality
3️⃣ Campaign Performance Review
- Review:
- Lead quality
- Cost per visit
- Cost per booking (if accessible)
- Share structured feedback to developer
- Recommend adjustments for better conversion
4️⃣ CP & Sourcing Support Marketing
- Design CP meet collaterals
- Create inventory-focused pitch decks
- Support launch & event marketing execution
5️⃣ Inventory-Led Strategy Inputs
- Work with Mandate Ops to:
- Identify slow-moving inventory
- Suggest demand triggers
- Plan tactical push campaigns
6️⃣ Reporting & Visibility
- Weekly Marketing Alignment Report
- Visit source mix analysis
- Campaign impact analysis
- Site-wise marketing dependency ratio

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years in residential real estate marketing
- Has worked on large mandates or developer-side marketing
- Strong understanding of:
- CP ecosystem
- Residential sales funnel
- Campaign-to-visit mapping
- Comfortable working with sales & ops teams
- Analytical mindset
