Job Description: Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – HR Helpdesk

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Remote (Anywhere in India)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and consultation for Oracle HCM Cloud, with strong focus on HR Helpdesk / HR Service Delivery.
• Configure and manage HR Helpdesk modules, including workflows, queues, SLAs, service requests, and knowledge base.
• Handle incident management, service requests, and problem resolution for HCM-related issues.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Perform HCM setups, configurations, and enhancements across core modules.
• Support integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems.
• Participate in UAT, production support, and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HR Helpdesk / HR Service Delivery is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Core HR, Absence, Security, and Workforce Structures.
• Experience in ticketing tools, SLA management, and HR operations support.
• Good understanding of HCM data security, roles, and privileges.
• Exposure to Fast Formulas, approvals, and reporting is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
