About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a driven and hands-on Paid Marketing Specialist to own and optimize our paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. If you have a strong PPC mindset, love analyzing data, and can turn insights into actionable marketing strategies, this is your playground!

What You’ll Do:

• Manage our full paid marketing portfolio: Google (PPC, DSA, YouTube, Discovery, Performance Max), Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Analyze, optimize, and scale PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and provide campaign recommendations.
• Optimize landing pages based on campaign performance to drive better conversions.
• Develop and execute smart strategies for online visibility and audience engagement.
• Monitor analytics, report performance, and suggest improvements.
• Take ownership of campaigns end-to-end, independently managing internal and client projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC & paid campaigns.
• Agency experience must
• Strong communication skills and excellent command of English (written & verbal).
• Deep understanding of PPC marketing tools and techniques.
• Ability to prioritize, act fast, and make data-driven decisions.
• B2B marketing experience preferred; understanding of B2C is a plus.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• MBA in Marketing/Communications is a bonus.
