We are looking for high-performing real estate sales professionals who are passionate about luxury property sales, client relationship management, and revenue growth.
• Generate and close high-value real estate sales leads through direct sourcing and channel partners
• Build and nurture relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, investors, and brokers
• Conduct site visits, project presentations, and negotiations to drive closures
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing insights
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, MIS reports, and forecasts
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and customer experience teams to enhance buyer journeys
• Minimum 2+ years of real estate sales experience with proven closures (mandatory)
• Strong expertise in lead generation, negotiation, and deal conversion
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building ability
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
