Job Responsibilities :

·       Work closely with internal Business Development Team to understand recruitment needs of our clients

·       Engage in full recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talents

·       Drive placement outcomes by effectively matching candidates to roles and closing recruitment assignments

·       Collaborate with Recruitment Managers to ensure recruitment timelines for clients are met.

Requirements:

·       Diploma or Degree (in any disciple) from recognized institutions

·       Sales-driven personality with strong motivation to hit targets

·       A friendly and outgoing personality with a strong desire to help others succeed

·       No prior experience required—we'll provide the training you need to succeed
