Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase admissions and brand awareness.
• Plan and manage ATL & BTL marketing activities, including digital marketing, print media, outdoor advertising, events, and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational partners for tie-ups and collaborations.
• Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, school activities, and promotional events to generate student leads.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts.
• Coordinate closely with the sales/admissions team to ensure effective lead conversion and target achievement.
• Prepare, manage, and track marketing budgets and performance reports.
• Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team to achieve organizational objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–7 years of relevant experience in marketing (experience in the education/coaching sector preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and reporting.
• Creative mindset with strong leadership, planning, and analytical abilities.
