Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator.

• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator (or equivalent hands-on

implementation experience).

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.

• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce administration experience, with 1+ years Marketing Cloud

Engagement implementation/support.

• Proven experience implementing Marketing Cloud Engagement from scratch (Setup,

Business Units, data structure, Journey Builder).

• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Engagement capabilities, including

Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.

• Proficiency in Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Marketing Cloud Engagement

automations.

• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect for Sales Cloud integration and SSJS/AMPscript

basics.

• Experience with 3rd-party APIs, webhooks, and external system integrations.

• Experience working with IT service management tools (Freshservice preferred).

• Solid understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling for Marketing Cloud

Data Extensions.

• Experience with standard Salesforce reporting, dashboard tools, and Marketing Cloud

tracking/ROI analytics.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Experience with Freshservice administration and ticketing workflows.

• Experience with Salesforce security model, Marketing Cloud Business Unit hierarchy, and

user permissions.

• Prior experience re-engineering Salesforce configurations for enhanced workflows.

• 2+ years of software development experience (Apex, JavaScript, Python beneficial).

• Experience conducting data quality audits and Marketing Cloud deliverability optimization.

• Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.

• Strong documentation practices and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong project management skills with proven ability to deliver Marketing Cloud

implementations on time.

• Small business finance experience is a plus.

• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

• Team-oriented with a proactive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to dive into tasks.
