Sap Business Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as a Business Analyst – SAP S/4HANA Transformation, who will play a pivotal role in driving our SAP ECC to S/4HANA Migration journey.

Role Purpose

This role will support the end-to-end SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration program, collaborating across business functions, IT teams, and transformation PMO. You will be responsible for ensuring business readiness, process alignment, integration coordination, and structured change & rollout planning.

Experience Requirements:

🔸 8–10 years in Business Analysis & ERP Transformations

🔸 Hands-on experience in SAP ECC → S/4HANA migration

🔸 Exposure to managing SI partners & multi-functional teams

🔸 Strong background in change management & rollout execution

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/Commerce

MBA (Operations/Systems/PM) – Preferred

Certifications (good to have):

• SAP S/4HANA (Functional/Overview)

• CBAP / CCBA

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile

Tools & Technology Exposure

• SAP ECC (Mandatory)

• SAP S/4HANA migration experience (Mandatory)

• SAP Activate, Solution Manager, JIRA, MS Excel/PowerPoint

• Teams / SharePoint collaboration tools

• CRM, O2C, Supply Chain systems – Added advantage
