Job Title: SAP Quality Management Consultant

Relevant Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Location: PAN India

Work Mode : Hybrid

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 35 Days

Job Description:

SAP ECC QM Overall: SAP Quality Management demonstrated hands on experience in design, configuration and implementation of SAP ECC Quality Management (QM) Configuration:

• Configuration of master data: inspection plans, MICs (Master Inspection Characteristics), and catalogues.

• Setting up inspection lots, inspection types, and inspection points.

• Defining and managing quality control parameters in SAP.

Integration with Other SAP Modules:

• SAP MM (Materials Management): QM in procurement, vendor evaluation, and inspection at goods receipt.

• SAP PP (Production Planning): In-process inspection and integration with production orders.

• SAP SD (Sales and Distribution): Quality certificates for outbound deliveries.

• SAP PM (Plant Maintenance): Integration for equipment calibration and inspection.

Custom Developments (RICEFW):

• Writing functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.

• Collaborating with ABAP developers for customizations. Application Life Cycle Management

• Must understand deliverables related to a project lifecycle.

• Must be able to create and/or review Functional Design Specifications

• Must be able to create and execute test plans related to SAP QM and integrated processes using. • Must be able to create and execute cut-over to production support plans.

• Ability to works independently and without oversight.

• Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.

• Ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment.

• Able to create end user training documents

• Support and train super users Data migrations and security

• Expertise in data migration tools like LSMW, BDC, or Migration Cockpit for QM-related master and transactional data.

• Configuring QM-specific roles and authorizations in collaboration with the security team.
