Senior Appian Consultant

Are you an experienced Appian Consultant ready to lead high-impact transformation initiatives?

At Qaracter , we are looking for a Senior Appian Consultant (+3 years of experience) to join a strategic digital transformation program for one of our key international clients (confidential). This role offers strong professional growth, exposure to complex enterprise environments, and the opportunity to drive real business value through process automation and low-code innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end process transformation and automation initiatives using Appian
• Design, model, and optimize business processes using BPMN standards
• Conduct process discovery workshops with business stakeholders
• Develop scalable applications and workflows in Appian
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles
• Contribute to the definition of enterprise architecture and automation strategy
• Ensure measurable value delivery in each transformation initiative

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Appian development
• Strong experience in process modeling (BPMN)
• Solid background in transformation, reengineering, or consulting projects
• Experience leading workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• English level C1 or higher

⭐ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with other Low-Code / BPM / RPA platforms
