Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Senior Associate position at Redwood Valuation Partners. Senior Associates can expect to:

• Apply conceptual thinking and analytical skills to conduct business valuations, portfolio valuations, and complex valuations.
• Work on building and reviewing financial models for Income, Market, and Cost approaches.
• Perform market and industry research.
• Perform in-depth financial and valuation analysis.
• Prepare company and industry reviews for valuation reports. Write valuation reports.
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Participate in client meetings and interact with clients on a regular basis.
• Receive formal training related to valuation, on-the-job training, direct feedback from industry leaders, and the opportunity to pursue additional training through internal and external resources.
• Stay current on valuation best practices and market data. Awareness of and market data/issues, and sharing knowledge with the team and clients to improve decision-making.
• Interviews: March–April 2026 | Start: July 2026 (earlier start possible).

Qualifications

• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and quantitative methods
• 3+ years of business valuation/portfolio valuation experience.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s (MBA), or relevant advanced degree.
• Accounting, Finance, or another field that would provide a strong background for qualitative and quantitative reasoning.
• Desire to obtain advanced credentials (i.e., ASA, CFA, CVA, or ABV).
• Self-starter with the initiative to seek out opportunities and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Capital IQ.
