Senior HR Executive / Senior HR Generalist – IT Industry

Location: Ahmedabad 

Shift: Day (with flexibility to support Night Shift employees)

Key Responsibilities: 

• End-to-end IT & non-IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, onboarding). 
• HR operations: documentation, HRMS updates, attendance & leave management. 
• Employee relations & people management across all shifts. 
• Employee engagement activities and culture initiatives. 
• Policy updates, compliance, and HR process improvements. 
• Support night shift teams for HR queries, grievance handling & monitoring. 
• Must have a knowledge of the increment cycle and other employees’ life cycles. 

Requirements: 

• 3-5 years of HR experience in IT or a tech-driven environment. 
• Strong communication, people-handling & documentation skills. 
• Knowledge of HR policies and recruitment processes. 
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, multi-shift workforce.
