Senior Real Estate Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Realtors to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage high-value client portfolios, close property transactions, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to business growth through strategic sales and market expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
• Handle end-to-end property sales and leasing transactions
• Advise clients on off-plan, secondary, and investment properties
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company databases
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate offers, close deals, and ensure smooth transactions
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
• Support and mentor junior property consultants when required
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in Dubai real estate
• Proven track record of property sales or leasing
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
• RERA certification is preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
