Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SPM modules (Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Financial Planning).

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Develop and customize workflows, forms, and dashboards within the SPM suite.

• Integrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM) and external systems as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 2 years in SPM/ITBM modules.

• Strong understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, and related processes.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.

• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and reporting tools.

• Good knowledge of Agile/Waterfall project methodologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• ServiceNow certifications preferred:

o Certified Implementation Specialist – ITBM/SPM

o ServiceNow System Administrator
