We at Coforge are hiring Senior Vice President QE Delivery with the following skillset:

Leadership, Domain & Technology Experience

• Delivery leadership experience in Quality Engineering & Services.

• Manage QE HBU delivery globally and be jointly accountable for QE revenue realization at optimum costs for Geo’s / IBUs.

• Contribute to Customer Satisfaction and Management through effective Customer Management.

• Strong stakeholder Management & ability to influence and work with multiple Geo & IBU leaders.

Multi Domain Industry Expertise

• Ability to work with clients across multiple domains like TTH, BFS, Insurance and MedTech / HCLS.

• Commands excellent knowledge of the evolving technology landscape to manage customer requirements and define a compelling vision for delivery and service offerings by forming a comprehensive understanding of client, users, business objectives to ensure resource readiness through upskilling and domain offerings for Geo’s / IBU’s.

• Proactive resource readiness & deployment to ensure delivery against timelines and budgets.

• Work closely with the Business / Sales leadership to drive business outcomes and intersect well with Practice, Solutions and Solutions Sales teams for QE HBU as well as Geo and IBU Delivery leaders to enable achievement of Revenue and GM targets.
