Senior Web Designer (bangalore - Full-time)

We’re a Belgian marketing agency (5+ years, not a startup) building premium, Odoo-native websites for SMEs using Odoo.

We’re hiring a senior web designer based in Bangalore to become the first key hire in India and help us build the foundation for a local delivery team.

This is not “just design”. You’ll ship websites end-to-end and help define standards, workflows, and a repeatable delivery process with the founder.

• You are a senior (you can own quality and execution without hand-holding).

What you’ll do (first 3–6 months)

1) Design + build websites (core)

• Design websites in Figma (structure, sections, pages, responsive variants).
• Translate designs into live pages using Odoo Website Builder.
• Ensure strong UX, responsiveness, clear hierarchy, conversion-focused layout.
• Do basic SEO hygiene: headings, metadata, image optimization, internal linking.
• Deliver clean handoff: reusable sections, styling notes, and lightweight documentation.

2) Set up how we deliver (why we need a senior)

• Create a repeatable delivery process (brief → Figma → build → QA → launch).
• Define quality checklists (responsive, SEO basics, forms, performance, browser checks).
• Establish a practical “design system” approach: typography, spacing rules, reusable blocks.

3) Broader design support (as needed)

• Some graphic design / branding support (web assets, UI elements, basic brand extension work).
• Raise consistency across projects.

Must-haves

• 7+ years of experience designing and shipping websites (senior level).
• Figma skills (clean files, layout systems, responsive thinking).
• Proven experience building with page builders (Elementor/Webflow/Wix/Framer/…).
• Strong grasp of UX, typography, spacing, and responsiveness.

• Basic SEO + performance awareness for modern websites.
• Self-starter, direct communicator, ownership mindset.
• Based in Bangalore (required).

Full-time role & growth

• Full-time position (Bangalore).
• High ownership from day one: you’ll be a key hire in building our India delivery team.
• Work with a stable Belgian agency focused on Odoo clients internationally.
