Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or application support roles.
- Strong knowledge of .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core).
- Proficiency in SQL Server – writing queries, stored procedures, debugging data issues.
- Experience in debugging and analyzing logs, error reports, and stack traces.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and production environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple issues effectively.
