Job Description:

What You’ll Do at GrowthPixel:

• Design impactful graphics for social media, blogs, ads, brochures, and marketing campaigns.
• Create modern, responsive website layouts and prototypes using Figma.
• Develop brand identities including logos, typography systems, and color palettes.
• Create intuitive wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for websites and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to maintain strong visual consistency across platforms
• Stay updated with design, branding, and UI/UX trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1.5 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic and web design.
• Strong expertise in Figma — web layouts, mobile-first design, and design systems.
• Excellent understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• No specific degree requirement — we value skills, creativity, and portfolio above all.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

• Basic video editing skills (for Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos).
• Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva Video Editor, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.

Work Structure:

Full-time, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
