Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst with 4–6 years of
experience in IT/software development projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong core business analysis capabilities and demonstrate the ability to work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful and timely project execution. This role requires a professional who can effectively bridge business needs with technical solutions while supporting delivery alignment, tracking dependencies, and ensuring requirement clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through
stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discussions.
• Translate business needs into structured documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user
stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessments.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure
accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements.
• Maintain end-to-end requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings.
• Support UAT planning and validation to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Work with stakeholders to manage scope clarity, track requirement changes, and
ensure smooth coordination across teams.
• Monitor progress against requirements, proactively highlight risks or dependencies,
and support effective communication to ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development
environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall/Hybrid).
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and detailed documentation.
• Ability to create process diagrams and workflow documentation using tools such as
Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (preferred) for backlog management, tracking,
and collaboration.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management
platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in client-facing engagements.
• Exposure to Agile sprint-based delivery models.
