Job Overview

India LawShield is looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive, engaging, and high-performing digital experiences for our legal platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to create user-centric designs for web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, dashboards, and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to improve user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize product design.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design.
• Design landing pages, product interfaces, and marketing visuals.
• Maintain design consistency and UI style guides across all platforms.
• Improve conversion rates through UX optimization and data-driven design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in UI/UX design or product design.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend workflows is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web or app design projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with SaaS platforms or startups.
• Knowledge of conversion-focused design and growth design.
• Understanding of design systems and micro-interactions.
