We’re Hiring | Workday Advanced Compensation Functional Consultant (Implementation)
We are looking for a Workday Advanced Compensation Functional Consultant to join a Digital HR implementation program currently moving from Design phase into Build & Unit Testing.
⚠️ Hands-on End-to-End Implementation experience in Workday Advanced Compensation is Mandatory.
🔹 Role Overview
The consultant will own configuration and support of the Workday Advanced Compensation cycle, including build, testing, UAT, and hypercare. Strong functional understanding and debugging capability during hypercare is critical.
🔹 Experience Required
- 3–6 years of Workday Core & Advanced Compensation experience
- Hands-on end-to-end implementation experience in Workday Advanced Compensation (Must Have)
- Strong exposure to at least one full compensation cycle
✔️ Strong Intermediate-level consultants are welcome
✔️ Certification is preferred but not mandatory if hands-on experience is strong
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Configure & support end-to-end Workday Advanced Compensation implementation
- Configure:
- Compensation plans & programs
- Eligibility rules
- Participation rules
- Compensation Review
- Events
- Support build, unit testing, UAT & hypercare
- Debug and resolve issues raised during testing & post-go-live
- Conduct requirement gathering with HR & business stakeholders
- Assist with migration & report creation
- Maintain documentation & configuration guides
- Collaborate with HCM, Payroll & Security teams (Good to have)
🔹 Required Skills
- Strong functional understanding of compensation administration processes
- Foundational knowledge of:
- Workday HCM
- Core Compensation
- Worker data & security concepts
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
🔹 Nice to Have
- Workday Compensation Certification (Not mandatory)
- Exposure to global compensation compliance (Good to have, not mandatory)
