Workday Consultant

Role Overview

A Workday Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions within the Workday ecosystem. The role requires strong technical expertise in Workday’s integration tools and frameworks, with a focus on delivering scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that connect Workday with external systems.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development & Support

• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and CCW (Cloud Connect for Workday) .
• Develop and support Payroll integrations across multiple geographies, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring smooth data flow between Workday and third‑party systems.

Solution Design & Implementation

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design integration workflows that are efficient, reusable, and aligned with Workday best practices.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance in all integration processes.

Project Delivery & Collaboration

• Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver integration projects on time.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior consultants.
• Document integration designs, workflows, and support procedures for long‑term maintainability.

Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands‑on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, CCW, and Payroll integrations .
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and Workday Report Writer .
• Solid understanding of HR and Payroll business processes .
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
