Job Description
NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Account Director to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL.
This is an Onsite (Hybrid) Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $85k-$100k base + OTE (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years in IT staffing, engineering services, or consulting sales
- Proven enterprise or mid-market deal closure experience
- Strong network of CTOs, CIOs, engineering leaders
- Ability to self-source pipeline with a hunter mentality
- Experience selling staff augmentation, PODs, or managed engineering teams
- Executive presence and consultative selling style
- Comfortable with in-person relationship building and networking
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage relationships with CTOs, CIOs, and technical leaders
- Generate new business in enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Sell engineering services including staff augmentation, PODs, nearshore teams, and fixed-price projects
- Promote AI-enabled engineering delivery capabilities and the Hura platform
- Expand strategic accounts over time
- Collaborate with delivery teams on proposals and solutions
- Attend industry and networking events locally (Tampa/St. Pete/Orlando/Miami)
- Maintain a strong pipeline independently
- Support community and ecosystem expansion by participating in CTO insights initiatives
- Represent the company professionally in virtual and in-person executive settings
