This is a full-time, on-site position based in Clayton, ID. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts, monitoring client satisfaction, creating customized strategies to meet client needs, and collaborating closely with internal teams. The role involves delivering presentations, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts to meet sales targets.
- Sales and Negotiation: Proven experience in executing sales strategies, negotiating client contracts, and achieving sales targets.
- Account Management and Relationship-Building: Strong skills in client relationship management and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Communication and Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
- Market Research and Strategic Planning: Proficiency in market analysis, identifying business opportunities, and developing actionable strategies.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align client goals with organizational objectives.
- Experience in Aerospace, Automotive, Healthcare, or Telecom industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
