In automotive, this shift is already underway.From lead generation to test drive conversion, and post-sales engagement, conversations are becoming the backbone of how OEMs drive revenue and customer experience.We're looking for an Account Executive to lead this motion in the automotive space.
What You'll Do Own end-to-end sales for automotive OEMs in India Drive conversations around conversational revenue orchestration across: User acquisition (lead generation & qualification) Lead nurturing & follow-ups Test drive and showroom conversion journeys Post-sales engagement and lifecycle communication Generate your own pipeline + convert inbound/SDR-driven opportunities Run the full cycle: discovery demo solutioning proposal close Work with multiple stakeholders across marketing, sales, and dealer networks Partner with founders to close and expand enterprise deals
What Success Looks Like Close 3 Cr+ annually through high-value automotive deals Build strong relationships within OEM ecosystems Move toward independent ownership of large enterprise deals Contribute meaningfully to pipeline creation, not just conversion
Who This Is For 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales Proven ability to close deals independently Experience selling into automotive OEMs Understanding of dealer networks, lead flows, and conversion challenges Strong solutioning mindset - able to connect product to revenue impact High ownership and urgency
