The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional broadband solutions.Your profileResponsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling broadband services to existing clients.Develop account expansion strategies to increase revenue and market share.Collaboration with Internal Teams:Work closely with technical support, operations, and sales teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.Coordinate with marketing teams to communicate new products, promotions, and service updates to clients.Provide accurate and timely forecasts of account revenue and track performance against targets.
