We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Account Executive to support marketing operations and client coordination across our legal lead-generation portfolio.
This role serves as the central coordination point between internal teams (Content, Design, Performance, Development, SEO) and external stakeholders. The Account Executive ensures that deliverables move on time, communication flows smoothly across teams, and operational details are tracked and resolved before they become problems.

- Send routine status updates, deliverables, and feedback requests to clients

5. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare weekly brand-wise status reports
- Maintain meeting minutes, action items, and approval records
- Keep all project documentation organised and accessible (briefs, approvals, asset libraries, calendars)
6. Quality & Delivery Readiness Check
- Perform final readiness checks before content is published or campaigns go live
- Verify all assets are present, formats correct, and Lead-level approvals are in place
- This is operational readiness validation, not deep QC
7. Compliance Awareness
- Maintain awareness of category-specific advertising and content rules relevant to legal lead generation (Australian personal injury advertising regulations, US state bar advertising rules, Meta ad policy for legal categories)
- Flag potential compliance concerns to the Assistant Manager rather than progressing risky deliverables

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Proactive follow-up discipline (chases without being asked)
- Comfort managing multiple parallel deliverables under time pressure

- Comfort learning new tools quickly
Experience Required
- 2–5 years of experience in account coordination, project coordination, client servicing, or marketing operations
