About Xera Robotics
Xera Robotics is a fast-growing deep-tech startup focused on building cutting-edge robotics solutions across marine, agriculture, and autonomous systems. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to support our finance and operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Accounting
- Maintain accurate financial records and day-to-day bookkeeping
- Record all financial transactions in Zoho Books
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups
- Financial Management
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Support GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants when required
- Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain and track stock records for inventory
- Monitor inward/outward material movement
- Reconcile stock data with accounts periodically
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent)
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (freshers with strong fundamentals can apply)
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (preferred)
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
Preferred Skills
- Experience in startup or manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of inventory/accounting integration
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
