Job Title: Account Manager - Enterprise
Job Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Main Responsibilities:
Identify, develop and close key sales opportunities within pan-government and power electric industry markets in Bulgaria.
Identify key channel partners that match our target market sectors and work with channel partners to develop opportunities and win projects with channel partners.
In co-operation with the channel partners, Manage and coordinate key activities with channel partners. Promote the main solutions to targeted customers.
Work and manage channels partners according to Huawei policy to achieve win-win situation.
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry related experience
3+ years ICT related sales experiences in Bulgaria. It is preferable to have some sales experience in the pan-government and power industry.
Good market insight ability to understand local market to identify the opportunities.
Good engagement with customers both in technical and business aspects.
Good communication and management ability with channel partners.
Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans.
Have a good working knowledge in IP network (datacom, wifi,campus etc.) and/or IT(server/storage etc.)
Able to quickly adapt to changing business needs, both internally and externally
Very focused and driven individual, able to carry responsibility and develop solutions
Ability to build and maintain relationships from scratch and present a personable and charismatic approach at all levels within a business and social environment
Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).
Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently.
Fluent English + Bulgarian
Dynamic personality and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Ability to work under pressure, fast learning
Willing to travel.
